Uniforms will be hand-delivered or sent via mail.

Uniforms are slim fit (run small). If your child is in between sizes, please size up. Please see the attached photos for a size guide. Uniform sizes are as follows: -2XS (will fit average 2 yr. old or <30 lbs.) -XS (will fit average 2-3 yr. old or 30-40 lbs.) -SM (will fit average 3-4 yr.old or 40-45 lbs.) -M (will fit average 4-5 yr.old or 45-55 lbs.) -L (will fit average 6-7 yr. old or 55-80 lbs.) -XL (will fit average 7-8 yr. old or >80 lbs.) -2XL (>95 lbs.) -3XL (>110 lbs.)

The basketball and soccer season is 7-8 weeks long. Practices are once a week.

Practices are 40-60 minutes long. Rookies (ages 2-3): 40 minutes Pros (ages 3-5): 45 minutes All-Stars (ages 6-8): 60 minutes

BallerTykes places an emphasis on skill and character development which is best developed in small groups. Below are the capacities for each age group: Rookies (2-3 year olds) - 10 kids per class Pros (3-5 years olds) - 13 kid per class All Stars (6-8 year olds) - 13 kids per class

In the Rookies (2-3 year olds) program, there will be no scrimmaging. Children within this age group will gain understanding of scrimmaging by splitting into teams and learning to score their ball into the opposite basket. In the Pros (3-5 year olds) and All-Stars (6-8 year olds) programs, there is scrimmaging toward the end of practice. For the Pros, scrimmaging may not occur until midseason. Overall, "game play" will occur at the end of practice. There will not be a formal "game day".

For T-Shirts, exchanges for a different size will be granted within 7 days of receiving items. Items must be unworn and in original condition. There will be no refunds. Please contact BallerTykes via email (ballertykes@gmail.com) to initiate an exchange. For services, you must cancel your child's participation in the season at least one week before the first practice in order to receive a partial refund. $25 of the fee paid will be non-refundable due to the upfront cost of uniform & equipment. (Example: If you paid the season fee of $250, the maximum that you'll be refunded is $225.) For the Winter 2025 season, January 5th is the last day to cancel. If you cancel after January 5th, you will be provided a credit toward any future season. Please contact BallerTykes via email (ballertykes@gmail.com) to initiate a cancellation. Additionally, as indicated on the registration page, "please note that class dates and times are subject to change due to any unforeseen circumstance". Thus, no refunds or proration of services will be provided if a class date or time changes, and your child is unable to attend at the new date/time.
